Do you feel stuck, stressed, exhausted but don't know what to do about it? Maybe it's about certain thing or it is just this feeling that lingers throughout your days. Perhaps you feel overwhelmed by options and hundreds of solutions and don't really know where to start. And maybe you've tried it all but nothing really sticked.

I'll dive into why emotional journaling is different then any other journaling, how does it help, the connection between unprocessed emotions and physical symptoms, and what are the effects of unprocessed emotions. It is a simple exercise I wish they taught in schools.
