A bit about me...

 

My name is Kamila, and I'm a trauma-informed somatic coach for sensitive, empathic women. I teach women like you how to find their inner cheerleader and attune to their unique nervous systems so they can understand their minds and bodies, improve relationships, and become the most powerful, confident versions of themselves.

 

I've experienced the struggle of being lost, then feeling like I know what I should do, feeling in my heart what I'm capable of, yet not seeing it reflected in my reality. I searched for more information, tried various approaches, and trained in many modalities, but it felt like the gap between my potential and my actual life was impossible to bridge. Then it finally came together, and I learned how to be with myself, how to process trauma, navigate emotions, and build capacity to create in life more of what I want.

 

Today, I feel so proud of following my heart and feeling strong and resilient despite being a sensitive, deeply feeling soul. And I did all of this while being a mother, business owner and living in my dream coastal community away from the city. 

 

And that's why I put together this course Powerful You so that you can learn the exact techniques and resources to get these results so you can do this for yourself.

COURSE OUTLINE:

 

Week 1: All about Conscious and Subconscious Mind

Understand what it means to be human, your conscious and subconscious mind, and how to interpret your thoughts. 


Week 2: Safety and Trauma: how do they affect you in daily life?

 

Dive deeper into instincts, understand what it means to be traumatized, and how it feels to be safe. Create a roadmap to healing by understanding how your unique body and mind respond to stress.

 

Week 3: Understanding What Your Body Is Saying

Rewire and process stress, help your body heal, and support your nervous system health with food, movement, and relationships.


Week 4: Integration Week   

August 2nd - There is no class to allow space for processing information and to give yourself a little break.
August 3rd - Our usual call, but without new information. Just questions and practice based on what we learned in previous weeks.

 

Week 5: Spotlight on Emotions

Learn what emotions are, where they come from, and how to work with them. Understand these genius messengers! I know it might be hard to believe, but once you understand this, you can almost enjoy anything you are experiencing (even the more challenging stuff).


Week 6: Relationship to Self

Relate to yourself, understand different perspectives and roles, find your center amidst chaos, and learn the power of boundaries. Understand how you relate to your surroundings and why it is so important to be aware of it.


Week 7: Integration, Release, and Balance

Let's put everything that we learned together and gain a deeper understanding of how to make it work for you to bring in more abundance, clarity, and overall joy from life!

 

COURSE FORMAT:

 
There will be a lecture on Friday and a practice lesson and Q&A on Saturdays, with an integration week in the middle.

 

Lectures on Fridays will be a module that you will have access to from 10 a.m. PST on Friday morning.

These are the six modules mentioned above, pre-recorded, and you will have access to them to watch anytime during the day.

Each module includes theory and practices with understandable and digestible structured know-how.

 

Q&A and practice on Saturdays will be 75 minutes, from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. PST.

These sessions are recorded in case you miss them.

It's recommended to participate in each live session so you can ask questions and practice with us, but you'll have access to everything in recordings if you need to skip.

 

Integration week - There will be a break in the middle, but there will be a call on Saturday for any questions about previous modules.

 

Group chat for questions and interaction with other course members, along with my feedback and suggestions.
